1. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Damaged or incorrect product received: You must provide an unboxing video along with clear photos showing the issue.
• Missing items: An unboxing video is required to verify the claim.
• Tampered package: If the package is visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, do not accept it from the delivery partner.

Refund Process:

• A refund request must be made within 24 hours of order delivery.

• Refund (if approved) will be processed within 7-15 business days.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

2. Return Policy
